The following policies & procedures are effective immediately:
Master Installs Appliance Inc is booking all appliances for repair & installation at this time.
All technicians will sanitize and put on a mask before entering any residence/business. This may take a technician a moment to prepare before entering your home.
All customers must stay at least 6 feet away from the technician while they are in your home, for your protection and ours. If social distancing request is denied, technician will leave the home before repair is complete until the Covid-19 pandemic is over.
All technicians will wipe down any appliance being worked on before conducting any diagnostic/repair.
All technicians will also wipe the appliance down again after diagnostic/repair for your protection.
All technicians, after departing the residence/business, will remove masks and place in contained bag. Technicians will then sanitize hands once again.
No signing of orders will be necessary during this time due to the pandemic, by booking an appointment for service you are agreeing to repair and payment just by booking with Master Installs Appliance. All signatures on orders will be marked by the technicians as Covid-19.
